Prior to starting your journey with me you will have a free 30 minutes consultation during which we go through your medical and fitness history to identy the areas that you need help with.
Once the consultation is over I will take you through your first workout which will include fitness tests to allow me to get a better understanding of your fitness levels and how to help you.
From there, I will devise a personalised training plan to help you achieve the goals we have set and we start your journey!
Book your consultation with me. Prior to your consultation you will be asked to fill a health questionnaire and a 3 days food diary. These will need to be brought to the session with you or sent to me by email if the consultation is online.
During your consultation we will go through your medical history and more specifically your relationship with food in the past to help me identify lifestyle habits. I will ask you questions for us to determine a goal and timeline together.
After the consultation you will recieve a personalised nutrition plan and recommendation.
