Sometimes you don't feel like training so you are uninspired.
Sometimes it's because you haven't been to the gym in a while.
Whichever it is I have created a little PDF document for you to download.
The document has a list of exercise for upper body, lower body and core.
My recommendation is to pick 3/4 exercises from each section creating 3 circuits.
Your circuits can either be divided in upper body, lower body, core just like the PDF or each circuit having one exercise from each section.
