It's 2018! Can you believe it? Time just flies but I am so excited about 2018 as this year is all about me bringing the best of me and The Gymcess!
If you've been following my blog for a while you would have noticed that I often say "listen to your body" as I strongly believe that this is the best way to understand it.
We all have cravings, either on a daily basis or from time to time, but did you know that your cravings could actually be trying to tell you something about your body? So now is the time to listen.
